Before you travel
What you need to know about transporting your bikes.
- Bikes travel on proper racks, without dismantling. For safety, we may need to lower or raise the seatpost.
- The e-bikes travel without the battery fitted.
- The maximum weight is 20 kg per bike, with or without battery.
- We are covered by the mandatory insurance for the activity. If you want separate insurance for your bike, we can get you a quote.
- If our vehicle breaks down, on-the-road assistance takes you to your final destination.
- You can bring luggage: tell us in your request so we can make room for it.
